Attorney and Counselor at Law
I have been providing personalized counsel to people in The Woodlands and surrounding areas since 2008. I know how complex and overwhelming legal issues can be, especially in the areas of elder law and probate, when stress, grief, and misinformation are likely present. I am committed to providing you with exceptional legal representation while speaking "plain English" and putting you at ease throughout the process.
While born in Texas, Sally grew up in rural Iowa. She returned to Texas to attend college and graduated from Texas State University Magna cum Laude with a major in Journalism and minor in Psychology. Sally continued at Texas State in the Master's program for Paralegalism, after which she began working as a litigation paralegal for a large Houston law firm. Several years later, Sally began law school at the University of Houston but transferred to Villanova University due to her husband's job. Shortly after obtaining her law license in Pennsylvania, Sally's family moved back to Texas, where she became licensed to practice in 1994. Sally did not practice law while her children were young but rather started her own company as a legal services recruiter, followed by obtaining her insurance and securities licenses for financial services. It was during this time of meeting with clients for financial services that virtually everyone with whom she met confessed: "I really need a will!" So, Sally returned to practice law in 2008. Her varied employment background helps her bring practical knowledge and empathy to help her clients meet their goals and resolve their legal issues.
Sally has been married to the same one-of-a-kind Italian for over 30 years. She has two adult children and one "bonus" child (son-in-law), all who live out of state (but chose great destinations to visit)! She loves spending time outdoors, spoiling her dog Kenai, and investing in church.
